Wet N' Wild Megalast Retractable Eyeliner

Usually cheap isn't always better but I actually really like this eyeliner! For one, I love retractable eyeliners because you don't waste product by sharpening it. The color is nice and black and I love to use this on my waterline. The only downside is that the formula isn't very smooth and sometimes it jumps and tugs on the skin. But for the price I can't complain.
